We live in turbulent times. And we all have a "default setting" as to how we react when things are particularly rocky. Some of our defaults often include withdrawing, attaching, anger, or anxiety. These are all easy things to give into.
BUT...
What if we choose instead to PAUSE, BE STILL, and seek to remember what God has called us to, even in turbulent times?
Rejoice in the Lord always, I will say it again: Rejoice!
- Philippians 4:4
We are called to REJOICE IN THE LORD...ALWAYS.
What is something we can thank God for today and rejoice with Him in?
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
- Philippians 4:6
We are called to be ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING. THE LORD WILL STAND.
Remember...He is in control of:
family
politics
work
finances
health
EVERYTHING
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

GOD WILL GIVE US PEACE!!!
When the world is shaking all around us, let us practice the presence of God by REJOICING ALWAYS, TRUSTING HIM OVER BEING ANXIOUS, and PURSUING PEACE. Even in turbulent times, we are on solid ground when we trust in the Lord!
