Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. - 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Christians are given gifts from God. One of the gifts God gave me to steward is encouragement. God prompted me to start doing encouragement posts after returning from a trip to Israel several years ago. I remember telling the Lord that I could not write very well or speak very well. I was reminded of Moses in Exodus 4 when he doubted himself when God wanted to use him. The reminder was good because life should be ALL about pointing people to Jesus not about me and my comfort. God is so gracious and gentle. I now say it is an honor and privilege to steward the gift of encouragement.
