Dear Prayer Partners,
We just completed six weeks of Extreme Kansas Camp. We trained Sonlife’s ReVerb where we focused on abiding in Christ, loving others, and living the disciplemaking way of life. Our theme verse was:
And when my spirit comes on you, you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Acts 1:8
When the Spirit comes on us we not only follow Jesus, we help others do the same. You would have enjoyed seeing campers and staff sitting in canoes praying for God's heart for lost friends and family. God answered these prayers and many campers and staff are now back home building friendships with preChristians.
John writes that we can do nothing apart from Jesus. We praise God for the opportunity to teach concepts like this and then have the time to pray about it, ponder it, and practice it. It is an honor and privilege to invest in the next generation of moms, dads, coaches, teachers, and church leaders etc.
