Aligning with Obedience

The “peaceful pathway” includes three BOLD moves. They are: - RECALIBRATE - ALIGN  - ACT

Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls...

Jeremiah 6:16

In this season, we all have to evaluate and process a great deal as we continue to move forward in the Covid-19 opportunity. We are evaluating our finances, relationships, social distancing, our emotions, and our jobs, among many other things in our daily lives. This continued EVALUATION process is important as we seek to be in ALIGNMENT with VALUES and MISSION.

SEEKING to be in alignment and obedient as we make decisions and take steps forward can often rob PEACE from us. It takes energy and intentionality to be in alignment as we face continued unknowns and crossroads during this season. These continued crossroads and unknowns can seem so difficult when our desire is to simply be in alignment with what is RIGHT and have inner PEACE!

This desire brings us straight to Jeremiah 6:16 where we are standing at a CROSSROADS. It tells us to look for the "ancient paths" and to look for the "good way". When we are at a crossroads, we are to look to JESUS who is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE. When we find "the good way" we are told to WALK IN IT and in that OBEDIENCE, we can find REST FOR OUR SOULS. We can have PEACE!

In John 14:15, Jesus says, "If you love me, you will obey what I command."

In order to continue toward ALIGNMENT, we must WALK IN OBEDIENCE.

Let's continue to get in ALIGNMENT as we regularly BE STILL, LISTEN, LOOK FOR THE GOOD WAY, and WALK IN IT.

We continue to pray for specific prayer request you send our way on Sunday mornings. Please send your specific prayer requests to

God is in control, and with His help, WE WILL get through this.
